Additionally, I have learned new skills as I have completed several online classes on LinkedIn Learning and Bloomberg’s Market Concepts. As we live in a fast-paced world, I keep adapting and learning new skills that would suit my future profession. This year I was chosen as a mentee for Dell’s Women in Tech STEMAspire mentoring programme where I will collaborate with likeminded individuals and learn more from my mentor.
Alongside my studies, I have a part-time job as an International Student Ambassador. I’m responsible for helping prospective students by organising webinars, I also write weekly blog posts @surreymeetsRussia where I share my experiences as a Russian student at the University of Surrey.
